Kim Shin-wook, the South Korean forward who made his name in the Chinese Super League with Shanghai Shenhua, has had a breakout season.
In the first half of the 2019 season, Kim was named as one of the top five players in the league, scoring 15 goals and providing seven assists in 17 games.
The highlight of his season came when he scored the winner against Guangzhou Evergrande in the final round of the regular season, helping Shenhua clinch their first-ever Chinese Super League title.
Kim's success in China has not gone unnoticed,Bundesliga Tracking and he is now being considered for national team selection by the South Korean Football Association.
