Nicolò Barella has been linked to a move to Inter Milan in recent weeks, with reports suggesting that the Italian international is set to be loaned out for the upcoming season.
Barella joined Inter from Serie A club Napoli in the summer of 2018 and made his debut for the team during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring two goals in seven appearances across all competitions.
In his time at the San Siro, Barella has established himself as one of Italy's most promising young talents, impressing with his pace,La Liga Frontline skill and goal-scoring ability.
He has also been a key player for his country, scoring five goals in nine appearances for Italy U21s and making four appearances for the national team in the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifiers against Poland and Hungary.
However, it remains to be seen whether Barella will be able to replicate his form at Inter and cement himself as a top-tier player at this level.
Inter president Massimo Allegri has already expressed interest in the Italian international, with Barella having said he would love to stay at the club if possible.
The club have been impressed by Barella's talent and experience, but they will need to secure his signature before he can be fully committed to the club.
